Upon arrival, you can select a 30-minute sand timer and step into one of the industry’s finest infrared saunas. Our saunas are designed for comfort, allowing you to remain clothed while experiencing the deep, penetrating warmth of infrared heat. After your session, you will find that your sweat dries quickly, leaving you refreshed and invigorated without any discomfort or stickiness.

-Please write down your name and time on the sign in sheet
3. Consent form
-Don't forget to fill out the consent form
4. Shoes Off
-Kindly remove your shoes before stepping into the sauna
5. Set the timer
- Flip the 30-minute sand timer
6. Enjoy your session
-Relax and  enjoy your rejuvenating session.

7. At our sauna, clients may share the sauna room with others. One of the great benefits of our facility is the natural sanitization provided by the infrared which is sunlight. And we maintain to the highest standard of cleanliness
